I'm almost afraid to say it, but the 3rd week is already over and I'll be returning home in a few days. As nice as it was here in Barcelona, I can hardly await to see my family again and breathe the air of Salzburg.
Working is still enjoyable for me and talking to people from all over the world is a fantastic experience. One of the things I have learned during my internship was to step out of my comfort zone and that I am capable of doing more than I expected. I am really greatful for these experiences.
Because it hasn't got any colder in Barcelona, we had to go to the beach at the weekend to cool down properly. Obviously we were not alone, because we had visitors from Salzburg and showed them the whole city in three days. We walked a lot of steps, but it was worth it, as you can imagine. We visited the Sagrada Familia, walked through the beautiful Park Güell, toured the city by bike and had a drink on the beach. It was such a nice last weekend!
I'm trying to make the most of the last few days and eating as much as I can :)
Soon I will say goodbye to Barcelona!
