I think this week was what you would call bittersweet. We had a lot of fun as always but most of our German friends sadly had to leave on Saturday.
The week started with work on Monday but we were allowed to leave earlier because it wasn’t possible to rent anything due to the huge waves. In the evening I went to the Heaven Beach bar with Betti, Anna and a few of our German friends. I ate a pancake tower and it was DELICIOUS!! On Tuesday, Anna and I got up at 5 a.m. to go for a morning run while watching the sunrise. Unfortunately this is the only time where you can go for a run without dying because of the heat. After our run we jumped into the sea, got hit by a huge wave and went back to the apartment for Anna to get ready for work and for me to go back to sleep. In the evening Betti and I joined a painting workshop and went for some drinks with our German friends again. On Wednesday Betti, Anna and I ate crepes and went for some drinks in the city center. On Thursday we went to an all-you-can-eat restaurant for only !!13€!! Work on Friday was a lot of fun because they created some content for social media and I was allowed to kayak for it. On Saturday we sadly had to say goodbye to most of our German friends… it was a bit emotional;) After maybe crying, Isi and I went for a coffee and took the bus together with Vivian to Agia Galini. Agia Galini is such a beautiful coastal village! In the evening Betti and I went for a few drinks which was a lot of fun. On Sunday we went to the beach which is only 5 minutes away from our apartment and afterwards for dinner in the city centre.
As you can see, it was pretty much the same as last week - lots of fun and even more calories;)
