In the second week, life in Barcelona started to feel more familiar. My friends and I got used to our jobs and the city, so we had more time to enjoy everything around us.
We began to visit new places, spend time at the beach, and do many different activities together. It was nice to explore the city and see more of what Barcelona has to offer. The weather was perfect for being outside, and it felt good to enjoy the free time after work.
At work, I also started to use some of the benefits that Attico offered. There was a gym at the office, which was very practical, and I even had the chance to work from another office located right at the beach. That office had a terrace pool with a view of the sea, which made the work-day much more enjoyable. It was a great balance between working and experiencing Barcelona.
At the end of the week, we went to the cinema. It was fun not only because of the movie, but also because many familiar students from Salzburg were there too. Meeting them gave me the chance to share my experiences from the first week and listen to theirs. It felt nice to exchange stories and see how everyone was adjusting.
This week felt much more relaxed than the first one. I had more energy, I enjoyed the city, and I started to see the potential that Barcelona has.
