At the beginning of July, I started my Erasmus+ experience in Barcelona. A friend had invited me to join him, and even though I had some doubts at first, I am glad I decided to come.
I worked at Aticco with one friend, a company that offers co-working spaces. My tasks were in sales, where I made offers and created contracts for customers. It was interesting to see how the company worked and to get some practice with real tasks.
I also shared an apartment with my friends and it worked out well. Having someone I knew made the start much easier.
The only problem during the first week was that I got sick after experiencing different foods in Barcelona. For a short time, I even had a fever, which was not very pleasant. But after a few days, I felt better again and could continue to enjoy the experience.
Overall, the first week was a good start. I met new people at work, got used to living in Barcelona, and began to see how life in another country feels. It was a new experience and a good way to begin my time here.
