After an early morning flight from Salzburg, I finally arrived on the beautiful island of Mallorca to start my internship at Robinson Cala Serena. It was a mix of excitement and a few nerves, but as soon as I arrived, I felt welcome. The sun, the sea breeze, and the laid-back atmosphere definitely helped.
I’m working in the kids’ department, and so far, it’s been a great experience. The team I joined is super-friendly and supportive everyone helps each other out, which makes the busy moments a lot more manageable. The kids bring a lot of energy but seeing them laugh and enjoy the activities we plan makes it all worth it.
The first few days were all about getting to know the routines, settling into the new environment, and learning how everything works here.
Outside of work, I’ve also had the chance to explore a bit – the area around the hotel is stunning, and the sunsets are beautiful.
Overall, my first week has been intense, but in the best way. I’ll be staying here until the beginning of November and I have a feeling time will fly!
