Hola a todos!
My second week on Mallorca has come to an end. This week was even more exciting than the first one, as I already know my ways around the facility and I get along very well with the people at the tennis club and the other employees. Last Saturday we had a huge event at the club with DJs, a magician and an exciting fire show, my highlight so far.
I've also had some free time, which l used to explore the island. I have taken some strolls around the city center, which is still my favourite thing to do, but I've also got to know the cute town of Sóller, which is located in the north of the island. It has now transformed to a touristic hotspot, as it offers a nice beach and a variety of delicious restaurants. Still a great recommendation for everybody visiting the island!
Furthermore, I have also experienced some local nightlife with Spanish people showing me around some bars in Palma. To my liking they played Spanish reggaeton and showed me how to dance the traditional "bachata". Very greatful for those insights and the feeling of being part in the Spanish community!
Looking forward to what this week will hold for me and can't wait to share more of my exciting internship on Mallorca.
