The last few days in Barcelona have been just as exciting as the first ones. I’ve started to feel more at home in the city, and I’m discovering more amazing places every day.
One of the biggest highlights was visiting some of Antoni Gaudí’s famous buildings. I went to Casa Batlló and Casa Milà — both are full of color, curves, and strange but beautiful designs. And of course, I also visited the Sagrada Família.
I also spent a lot of time at the beach again. After work or sightseeing, it’s the perfect place to relax. I love lying in the sun, listening to the waves, or just watching people play volleyball and enjoy the evening.
At the dance school, something special happened — the kids had a performance, and I was allowed to help! I helped with little things backstage and watched the show.
One afternoon, I went shopping in the city. After a while, my phone battery died, and I couldn’t check the way back home. I tried taking a few different buses, hoping one would bring me closer, but I just got more confused. In the end, I asked a friendly woman for help, and luckily, she showed me the right way. I was so relieved — and a bit proud that I managed to get back despite the little adventure!
I also walked by the harbour again. The view of the water and the boats is always calming, and I enjoy being near the sea. It’s one of my favorite parts of Barcelona.
So far, my time here has been wonderful. Every day feels special, and I’m learning, seeing, and feeling so much. I’m really happy to be here and excited for what’s still to come.
