Florian H.: Visit to the FC Barcelona Museum

Aktualisiert: 27. Juli

During my Erasmus+ stay in Barcelona, I had the opportunity to visit the FC Barcelona Museum, which was one of the most interesting experiences of the trip. It took us about 30 minutes by metro to get there.

Before entering the museum, we spent some time in the Barça Shop. There was a huge variety of football shirts, training kits, souvenirs, and many other official FC Barcelona products. It was interesting to look around and see all the different items that fans can buy. We also took some photos before continuing our visit.

The museum itself was very impressive. I was surprised by the number of trophies on display. They were not only from the men’s football team but also from the women’s football team and the basketball team. This showed me that FC Barcelona is much more than just a football club. It is one of the most successful sports clubs in the world.

The most memorable part of the museum was the section dedicated to Lionel Messi. I saw his Ballon d’Or trophies, Champions League trophies, and many other awards that he won during his career at Barcelona. Even though I personally prefer Cristiano Ronaldo, I have great respect for Messi’s achievements. Seeing these trophies in real life was a special and unforgettable experience.

At the end of the museum tour, before leaving, we watched an impressive 360-degree audiovisual show. It featured exciting match highlights, famous players, and unforgettable moments from FC Barcelona’s history. The atmosphere was incredible and it was a great way to finish the visit.

We also learned more about the history of FC Barcelona through interactive exhibitions, videos, and displays. It was interesting to see how the club has developed over the years and why it is so important to so many people around the world.

Overall, I really enjoyed visiting the FC Barcelona Museum. It was an exciting experience that allowed me to learn more about the club, its history, and its success. I would definitely recommend this visit to anyone spending time in Barcelona.
