Anschließend wurden wir durch die gesamte Produktionsanlage geführt. Unsere Schüler konnten jeden Schritt des Fertigungsprozesses hautnah miterleben und bekamen einen Eindruck davon, wie sorgfältig und präzise gearbeitet wird. Besonders beeindruckend: 99 % aller Lieferungen erfolgen termingerecht.

Zum Abschluss durften unsere Schüler in der Schlotterer Academy selbst aktiv werden. Dort konnten sie mit professioneller Anleitung einen Teil eines echten Produkts mitgestalten – ein praktisches Highlight, das das zuvor Gesehene ideal ergänzt hat.

Während des gesamten Besuchs wurde deutlich, wie ein modernes Industrieunternehmen durch Innovation, Logistik und handwerkliches Können wettbewerbsfähig bleibt und höchste Qualitätsstandards einhält.

Wir bedanken uns herzlich bei Herrn Neutatz und dem gesamten Team von Schlotterer für diesen inspirierenden und hervorragend organisierten Vormittag. A First-Class Company Visit to Schlotterer

Our recent visit to Schlotterer in Adnet was a true highlight of the school year. From start to finish, the programme was perfectly tailored to our students and left a lasting impression on all of us.

The morning began with a warm welcome and a fascinating talk in English by Managing Director Herr Neutatz. He spoke about the company’s development over the years, its strong focus on people and teamwork, and the challenging conditions in today’s market.

Afterwards, we were taken on a guided tour of the full production facility. Students were able to observe every step of the manufacturing process up close and saw for themselves how quality and precision are built into every stage. One of the most impressive facts: Schlotterer delivers 99% of its orders on time.

To finish, we were invited into the Schlotterer Academy, where students got the chance to get hands-on and help produce part of a real product. This practical experience brought everything we’d learned to life and was a real highlight for many.

Throughout the visit, we saw how a modern industrial company combines innovation, logistics, and skilled craftsmanship to remain competitive while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

We are very grateful to Herr Neutatz and the entire Schlotterer team for giving us such a well-prepared and inspiring morning. This experience showed our students how relevant and exciting working in industry can be – and will certainly stay with them for a long time.
