Tobias: My second week in Crete

Hi everyone! This is my update on my second week of my intership in Crete. This week we were exploring the city of Heraklion, made a trip to Agios Nikolaos and relaxed on various beaches in Crete.

In Heraklion, we visited the imposing Rocca a Mare Fortress, where we had a proper view of the city and the ocean. Strolling through the port, we enjoyed the lively atmosphere and the food of a nearby Seafood restaurant.

During the weekend we booked a trip with the agency, were we then visited Voulisma beach, near Agios Nikolaos. Voulisma Beach is a very popular half-moon-shaped beach with clear water and soft sand. We stayed there for four hours and had a really enjoyable time. After that, we visited the very windy and famous city of Agios Nikolaos. Wandering throgh the city, we explored the diffrent sights and ate traditional greek food.
