Teresa S: Goodbye Florence

I’m writing this post while sitting in my room at home, looking back on the time I spent abroad. It feels really weird to be back when, just a few days ago, a typical day looked completely different and was so much more exciting.

Overall, I can say that I can’t believe how fast time flew by and how much I miss the city.

During my last week, I mostly spent my time visiting my favourite places one last time, shopping (again), and enjoying good food. Even back then, I already knew that it wouldn’t be easy to just move on, but I didn’t know it would be this hard.

However, the good side of being home again is getting to see all my friends and spend time with my family. I’ve already told them about all the highlights of my trip and, of course, brought some souvenirs back with me!

Now, a few days after leaving, I can honestly say that I’m really grateful I got to experience Erasmus+, and I hope I’ll have the chance to do it again next year!
