Alex N: Riding the Waves of Time: Reflections on My Third Week as an Erasmus Intern in Portugal
As my third week as an Erasmus+ intern in Portugal draws to a close, I can hardly believe how quickly time has flown by. This week has been a whirlwind of excitement, marked by delightful encounters and unforgettable experiences. One of the highlights was meeting a new coworker at Alphacash, whose warm and friendly nature added a wonderful dynamic to our workplace. The camaraderie among my colleagues has made each day a joyous adventure, where the challenges are met with a united spirit and a sense of shared accomplishment.
The idyllic beaches of Portugal have become a sanctuary for me, and this week I decided to explore the allure of surfing with a surf class. As I took to the waves, I felt an exhilarating rush like never before. The instructors' guidance and patience made the experience both enjoyable and rewarding, and I found myself enthralled by the harmony between the ocean's power and my own movements. The joy of riding those waves was a testament to the magic of Portugal's coastal beauty and the sense of freedom that comes with being one with the sea.
As I reflect on my journey so far, I am grateful for the subtle yet profound moments that have defined my time as an Erasmus+ intern in Portugal. From the kindness of new coworkers to the thrill of surfing, each experience has left an indelible mark on my heart. As I eagerly await the weeks to come, I look forward to embracing every opportunity this extraordinary country has to offer and savoring the sweet symphony of my Erasmus adventure in Portugal.
